Material Handler - First Shift

The material handler is responsible for pulling inventory, moving stock, store various non-hazardous & hazardous material within a warehouse. *Date posted:* August 27, 2025 *Pay:* $17.00 - $21.00 per hour *Shift - 6am -2.30pm* Job description: *Job description:* - Must Have forklift Experience - Work Schedule - Mon Till Thursday - 2pm till 10:30pm - Temp to Hire Position *ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:* · Basic knowledge of the material drying temp and drying time · Knows the different type of plastics material used on the machines. · Knows and understands the different types of loading systems & the proper way of operating each one. · Knows how to operate all mixing machines & mixes all materials by hand or machine. · Knows how to use and properly set all material drying & grinding equipment. · Keeps all machines properly supplied with material to avoid run out. · Performs cleaning routine at the end of the shift. · Performs any other assignments given by his/her supervisor or department head. *EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:* · Basic high school education. · Basic understanding of the English language. · Ability to do basic math such as add, subtract, divide and multiply. · Able to read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal & written instructions. · Able to lift at least 55 lbs. · Good hand-eye coordination.
