Benefits include paid time off, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, life insurance and more.QualificationsMinimum of a high school education or equivalentProven communications skills including familiarity with MS Word and OutlookExperience with inventory management; including basic math skillsExperience in a related role in a manufacturing environment (2 years minimum)Prefer experience working with an ERP system for inventory management and controlDemonstrated positive leadership skillsAbility to lift 75 pounds with some regularity; more on occasion with help.Physical ability to work in awkward positions such as kneeling, bending, and overheadAbility to climb and work from a ladderAbility to operate various shop tools (including power and manually operated)Trained and certified in safe forklift operationMust be able to communicate (read, write and speak) the English language clearlyResponsibilitiesUnload raw materials from truckMove raw materials to Material Control for storageMove waste from area to dumpstersResponsible for quality control. No damaged product received in, or sent out to the floorSafe operation of forklift, power jacks, pallet jacks, etc.Work within our Epicor system for accurate tracking and recording of all part movement; including working with the purchasing department for order and reorder points, receiving product in, issuing out to the production departments and stocking and shipping completed productComplete daily logs/paperworkFill material requests from the floor in a timely mannerCommunicate with departments and Supervisors to ensure floor is adequately stocked with partsClean and maintain work area
