Sr Analyst, Procurement Analytics

Salary: $25 - 30 per hour + none Reference: AB_5051948 We are seeking a sharp, hands-on Senior Analyst, Procurement Analytics & Compliance for a focused 4-month contract engagement. In this role, you will analyze procurement, vendor, and cost data to identify savings opportunities, build high-impact dashboards, and support strategic sourcing and vendor negotiations. Working cross-functionally with Procurement, Logistics, Operations, and Finance, you will play a key role in ensuring data integrity, tracking contract compliance, and optimizing supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Data Analysis & Cost Modeling: Analyze procurement, vendor, and spend data to build cost models, identify savings opportunities, and support vendor negotiations. Reporting & Dashboards: Design and maintain KPIs, reports, and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional business partners. Contract & Compliance Monitoring: Track vendor contract terms, volume commitments, renewals, and compliance requirements to mitigate operational risk. Data Integrity & TMS Support: Audit and ensure accuracy across procurement systems and Transportation Management Systems (TMS). Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Logistics, Operations, Sales, and Finance to streamline reporting, digitize data processes, and support system maintenance. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in procurement, supply chain, financial analysis, operations analytics, or business intelligence. Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel (expert-level pivot tables, complex formulas, cost modeling, data analysis) is required. Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent practical experience). Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), contract management, or marine/port/intermodal logistics. Tools (Preferred): BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Quickbase. Why Apply? Assist with procurement system implementation, maintenance, and user support. Prepare presentations and reports for leadership.
