Job Description: The National Accounts Manager at Bio-One Inc is responsible for securing national accounts and building strong relationships with insurance companies. This position plays a vital role in driving business growth by establishing and expanding partnerships with key national programs and insurance providers. The National Accounts Manager will work closely with the President and franchise network to identify opportunities, develop strategies, and execute effective sales plans to grow franchisee and home office revenue. We have respect for each other. Requirements: Identify and research potential national accounts. Establish and maintain relationships with insurance companies to secure national account contracts. Collaborate with internal teams to understand and promote Bio-One Inc's services and solutions. Conduct presentations and negotiations with insurance companies to showcase the value and benefits of collaborating with Bio-One Inc. Develop detailed account plans to expand business opportunities within insurance companies. Conduct regular account reviews and report on sales performance and progress. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact insurance partnerships. Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and build relationships. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted marketing materials and campaigns for insurance partners. Work towards achieving sales targets and developing strategies to exceed them. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven experience in account management and business development, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong knowledge of insurance practices, specifically related to securing national accounts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies. Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets. Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Googles suite, and CRM software.
