As a Sales Comfort Advisor, you will help customers choose the right solutions for their comfort, efficiency, and property improvement needs.Our services include air conditioning replacements, mini-split systems, spray foam insulation, generators, electrical upgrades, and related home service solutions.This is a 100% commission-based opportunity, giving the right candidate the ability to earn based on performance, effort, and closed sales.What You’ll DoMeet with residential and commercial customersEvaluate customer needs and recommend the right solutionsPresent Good / Better / Best options when applicableExplain financing options, warranties, rebates, and promotionsFollow up with leads, estimates, and potential customersBuild trust through honest, professional communicationCoordinate with our office, technicians, and install teamMaintain accurate notes and follow-up activityRepresent RAM Electric & Air with professionalismWhat We’re Looking ForSales experience preferredExperience in HVAC, home services, construction, roofing, solar, windows, or similar industries is a plusStrong communication and customer service skillsSelf-motivated and goal-orientedComfortable working in a commission-based roleReliable transportation requiredValid driver’s license requiredBilingual English/Spanish is a plusHVAC knowledge is a plus, but training may be providedCompensationThis is a commission-only sales position. Earnings are based on closed sales and performance.
