The only question is—are you ready to grow with us?PURPOSE OF THE POSITIONTo serve as a strategic business partner and regional performance leader, owning franchisee P&L outcomes, driving operational excellence, and accelerating AUV growth across an assigned portfolio of approximately 100 restaurants. The Field Business Leader leads with a coaching mindset, builds high-trust franchisee relationships, and develops the field operations team to move restaurants from Red to Yellow to Green.Essential Position ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary strategic partner to franchisee principals, aligning regional business objectives with Slim Chickens’ brand standards, growth targets, and system-wide priorities.Own and drive regional P&L performance, setting quarterly priorities for AUV growth, traffic improvement, and franchisee EBITDA across all assigned restaurants.Lead structured bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly Business Reviews with each franchisee, presenting data-driven performance insights, trend analysis, and prioritized improvement plans.Utilize real-time reporting and performance dashboards to identify at-risk locations, prioritize field time, and drive data-informed coaching decisions.Own the Red to Yellow to Green restaurant movement within the region, ensuring accountability and measurable progress for all underperforming locations.Conduct regular P&L reviews with franchisee operators, identifying cost control opportunities and offering actionable recommendations to enhance EBITDA performance.Build high-trust relationships with franchisee principals grounded in candor, accountability, and results — serving as a long-term growth partner, not just a compliance officer.Lead regional rollout and adoption of system-wide programs, initiatives, and brand standards, ensuring timely implementation and consistent execution across all locations.Deliver timely, candid, and constructive performance feedback; celebrate franchisee wins and hold teams accountable through clear improvement plans and follow-through.Document, escalate, and manage critical franchisee performance issues, compliance violations, and brand risk incidents in coordination with the VP of Field Operations.Adhere to Slim Chickens\’ policies and uphold the highest professional standards across all franchisee and team interactions.Participate in Count Down Calendar (CDC) calls and coordinate regional support for all new restaurant openings within the assigned territory.Lead cross-functional field initiatives with system-wide impact; champion field perspective in corporate strategy discussions and represent franchisee voice at the leadership level.Directly lead, develop, and coach 2 Ops Coaches within the region; set clear performance expectations, conduct regular 1:1s, and invest in building a high-performing field team.Slim Chickens systems principles and objectives: Has a thorough understanding of Slim Chickens' established operating systems (e.g., quality, security, office environment, company policies, safety) and recognizes the responsibility to stay updated on these systems and the role this position plays in supporting them.Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives: This position description is designed to guide the activities of the Field Business Leader.
