Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of in-house executive and critical operational dashboards. This strategic initiative supports ongoing KPI monitoring and operational reporting required for the OHPAC Wave 1 migration, with a focus on assessing revenue cycle health and performance during the transition period. Project ScopeLead the end-to-end development of in-house executive and critical operational dashboardsEnsure dashboards support ongoing KPI monitoring and operational reporting  Oversee implementation of tools to assess revenue cycle health and performance during transitionCoordinate stakeholder engagement across finance, operations, and IT teams Key Responsibilities:Project Planning & ExecutionDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategiesDefine project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteriaManage project budget and ensure delivery within financial constraintsCoordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, and business stakeholdersEstablish and maintain a project governance structure and reporting cadenceStakeholder ManagementServe as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and operational stakeholdersFacilitate requirements gathering sessions with the revenue cycle and finance teamsManage expectations and communicate project status, risks, and issues effectivelyEnsure alignment between technical solutions and business needsBuild consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
