Business Analyst
*Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Mandatory weekly meetings onsite 2-3 times a week)*Interview Type: Phone/Video AND ONSITEResponsibilities:Develop cross-functional workflows, policies and procedures and comprehensive process maps.Define user stories and establish acceptance criteria for functional and non-functional (technical) requirementsDefine acceptance criteria and estimating the size of storiesDetermine whether acceptance criteria have been satisfiedAdopt various Agile process including but not limited to: SCRUM, Kanban, and Lean Software DevelopmentShare best practices and improve processes within and across business unitsGather and document business requirements for current and proposed processesDevelop project scope documents and other related business case analysis materials from project ideation through implementation.Keep up with new technologies such as SalesforceConceptualize and develop relevant use cases for staff engagements: design, MVP, pilots, and production deploymentsInteract with the staff and team to build solutionsHybridRequirements:Shall have a minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business AnalystShall have a minimum of one (1) year experience in building business process models, writing acceptance criteria, and designing user stories to build requirements.Proven expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts and translating business process needs into technical requirementsAbility to absorb and synthesize information from various outlets and develop a set of requirementsExperience with project tracking software (example: Cloud Coach)Ability to manage projects or serve as a Business Analyst on a project managed by others
