Project CoordinatorIntroductionThis position plays a crucial role in supporting release management activities, deployment coordination, governance requirements, and cross-team scheduling within multiple Digital teams. The Project Coordinator will assist in strategic release planning, risk management, and production stability activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient software release process.ResponsibilitiesSchedule and facilitate release readiness meetings.Track sprint-to-release alignment.Coordinate CRQ and CAB documentation.Follow up on approvals, testing signoffs, and deployment readiness activities.Monitor release dependencies, risks, and action items.Coordinate communications before, during, and after production releases.Track release metrics and prepare executive reporting.Support environment refresh and deployment scheduling activities.Document release outcomes, lessons learned, and process improvements.Coordinate handoff activities between project teams and production support.Maintain release governance documentation and audit evidence.RequirementsRequired Qualifications:Experience coordinating IT projects, releases, deployments, or change management activities.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience managing schedules, action items, and cross-functional coordination.Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Teams, Outlook, PowerPoint).Experience working in structured operational or technical environments.Preferred QualificationsExperience with Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC).Familiarity with release management, change management, or production support processes.DisqualifiersLack of experience coordinating multiple activities across teams.Inability to manage deadlines, documentation, and follow-up activities.Poor verbal or written communication skills.No experience working with technical teams or operational processes.Key Success TraitsDetail-orientedStrong follow-throughOrganized and self-directedComfortable managing multiple prioritiesStrong customer-service mindsetAbility to facilitate meetings and drive accountability
