Join us to make a real impact in the lives of these children while working in a fulfilling company environment!Key Responsibilities: Provide supervision and and mentoring for RBT's Ensure quality care and regulatory compliance Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans Collaborate with parents/caretakers Oversee clinical policies and procedures Collect and analyze clinical data and maintain accurate documentation Requirements: BCBA certification is required LBA in Maryland is required Minimum of 1 year of experience as a BCBA Excellent communication and teamwork skills Experience in quality assurance and supervision Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Location: Hybrid in all areas of Maryland including Laurel, Silver Spring, Glen Burnie, and more.
