Shifts will vary based on business needs.Summary of the PositionThe purpose of this position is to generate and maximize revenue for Envie Boutique. As a Lead Sales, you will assist customers in choosing merchandise that fits their specific wants and needs, and assist the Store Manager by supervising staff.ResponsibilitiesInitiate contact with customers via face-to-face (10-5 rule), phone, e-mail, or FacebookDrive sales through rapport with clientsInvestigate customer needs and desires by listening and observingAssist guests in choosing appropriate merchandise based on their wants and needsProvide suggestive selling to add on units and complete looksCreate guest profiles by entering guest information into ArtisanAssist in supervising sales associatesSecure merchandise by implementing security systems and measuresProtect employees and customers by ensuring a safe and clean store environmentAssist with window displays as neededAccountabilityMaintain specified Sales Per Hour (SPH) recordsEnsure a safe and clean working environmentDeliver excellent customer service by exceeding guests' expectationsFollow up with customers by phone or Thank You card to ensure satisfactionSupervisory ResponsibilityAssist in training, advising, and supporting employees throughout the sales process.Education and ExperienceHigh School diploma preferred.
