Watchmaker (Full-Time) Chrono Sky Inc. Chrono Sky Inc. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented full-time Watchmaker to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, and servicing of first-rate watch brands, maintaining the highest standards of precision, quality, and craftsmanship. Key Responsibilities Perform complete servicing, repairs, and overhauls on high-end timepieces Diagnose mechanical and quartz movement issues with accuracy Work with automatic movements, chronographs, and perpetual calendars Ensure all repairs meet brand-level quality control standards Manage multiple repairs efficiently in a fast-paced workshop environment Requirements Minimum of 2 years of professional watchmaking experience Proven experience with: Quartz watches Automatic watches Chronographs Perpetual calendars Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Solid work ethic and self-motivation Ability to pass a criminal background check Must be authorized to work in the United States Ability to communicate effectively in English and/or Spanish Position Details Employment Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday through Friday Location: On-site Chrono Sky Inc. offers a professional environment dedicated to excellence in high-end watch servicing.
