ResponsibilitiesAdvertising & CollateralProvide recommendations for the media plan in order to maximize brand awareness and exposureManage all retail and wholesale marketing materialConstant search for new media partnersUnderstanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.Ensure advertising material are strictly followed HQ guideline.Maintain advertising calendarPublic & Press RelationsSupport marketing director and department with product launches and brand initiativesDevelop a strong relationship with local PR agency for ensuring Qualitative and Quantitative media coverageManage all logistics and security requirements for product loansSupport celebrities/influencers/tastemakers dressingsMonitor press clippings and dressingsContinuously monitor and analyze media coverage of competitors and industry trendsEventsManage the planning, execution and follow-up of all events/initiatives/activationsEnsure positive ROI’s with each event/initiative/activation across press, retail and wholesaleDevelop briefs and mood boards for events/initiatives/activations, as neededIdentify and suggest new vendors including but not limited to: catering, production, florist, etc.Collaborate internal teams to identify and develop retail opportunities, such as events, sponsorships, and partnershipsProactively propose event conceptsSocial MediaIn collaboration with HQ, build strong influencer marketing strategies with a concentration in the US marketSuggest collaborations with new influencer talent and friends of the brandPropose local influencer campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagementSupport Lucrezia Buccellati’s Instagram channelCommunication (Internal & External)Manage all internal and external communications, included but not limited to:Editorial coverage & talent dressingsInventory ppts (HJ/OAK and Bridal)Product NewsAdvertisingHoliday CommunicationTrainingsMonthly recapsFinance & AdministrationResponsible to keep the brand image: brand guidelines, quality.Recommend new ideas to develop and improve per market the brand awareness and notorietyMange onboarding and payment execution for all current and new vendorsFollow up on Invoices for Media, Production and PR.Act as liaison between corporate, external partners, and retail teamsPrepare marketing and PR reports and presentationsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field3 - 5 years of experience in marketing, communications or a related fieldProficiency working with social media platforms and digital landscapePast event planning experienceIdeal candidates should display an interest in the luxury industry, specifically jewelryHighly detail-oriented with strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, often-changing environmentStrategic thinker who can quickly adjust approach and priorities on a day-to-day basisStrong interpersonal skills, approachable, positive and flexible. Ability to work collaboratively and proactively with internal and external partiesSelf-starter, high degree of initiative and independence – not afraid to ask questions, take constructive feedback, lead new projects and “roll up your sleeves” for any task at handExcellent computer skills in Microsoft Office (Office, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Travel required based on the needs of the businessRichemont offers a generous compensation and benefits package for eligible employees.
