Summer Intern - Member ServicesBarton and Gray Mariners Club has revolutionized yachting with a fleet of 80+ Hinckley and custom vessels serving a private membership in harbors along the East Coast and Great Lakes. The Club is looking to add another dynamic individual to join our Member Services Team as a Summer Intern. We are looking for someone that understands the value of data analytics when providing exceptional customer service to all of our members. This position is based out of Portsmouth, NH and is not a remote position. The Member Services Summer Intern position would be responsible for: Record catering amounts in a timely and accurate manner upon receiving digital invoices from culinary partners Log special provision pickup amounts for outings, validating receipts received via Slack from Captains, Stewards, or Harbor Support Complete general administrative duties as necessary, including data entry and basic data analytics Assist with all other data entry duties assigned Requirements: Current student or recent graduate Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry Professional demeanor and communication skills Excellent organizational skills Ability to work independently and within team environment Flexible schedule, including weekends, rotating nights & holidays.
