Financial Controller

Assistant Controller | HybridWe're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Perform monthly financial close functions and prepare financial statements for operating locations• Reconcile general ledger accounts and complete monthly financial projection analysis• Prepare annual financial budgets and detailed budget/expenditure reports• Conduct rate analysis and review, and evaluate internal controls• Manage the flow of accounting data to and from remote facilities• Undertake special projects as assigned and provide training on accounting proceduresWhat You'll Need• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 12 credit hours of accounting coursework• 1-3 years of experience in a senior accountant or assistant controller role• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting business systems• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines• Willingness to relocate within 18-24 monthsWhat's On Offer• Competitive salary and benefits package• Opportunities for professional development and growth• Collaborative and performance-driven work environment• Exposure to operational excellence initiativesApply via Haystack today!
