| Burlington, MA | Hybrid$130–150K base + bonusOur client, a growing company in the Burlington area is seeking an Assistant Controller to join their team in a highly visible, hands-on accounting role reporting directly to Finance leadership.Responsibilities IncludeLead monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activitiesMaintain general ledger accuracy and oversee reconciliationsSupport AP, AR, invoicing, and cash management processesAssist with inventory analysis and operational accounting activitiesPartner cross-functionally to improve accounting workflows and reportingSupport ERP/system enhancements and process improvement initiativesAssist with financial reporting, internal controls, and ad hoc analysisQualifications Include5+ years of progressive accounting experiencePrior experience in an Accounting Manager or Assistant Controller capacity preferredStrong understanding of GAAP and month-end close processesHands-on accounting background with willingness to operate in the detailsExperience working within ERP systems; SAP experience is a plusStrong Excel skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environmentIf you are interested in this opportunity, please email Dalton Rolli at drolli@kbwfinancial.com for immediate consideration.KBW789
