Required Experience10+ years of software engineering, CMS, or digital platform experience.5+ years of hands-on Optimizely implementation experience.Multiple successful Optimizely implementations delivered in production environments.Experience serving as lead architect or technical lead for enterprise digital transformation programs.Proven experience leading Sitecore-to-Optimizely or similar enterprise CMS migrations.Strong experience working directly with engineering teams and client stakeholders throughout delivery.
