The Asset Protection Specialist plays a critical role in educating and enrolling retail store teams in our global priorities: Well Being, Risk Mitigation, Financial Value, and Social Impact.Job SummaryThe Asset Protection Specialist works primarily on the retail floor, reporting directly to the Asset Protection Manager and connecting regularly with the Store Manager. They collaborate with the store team to ensure excellence in Asset Protection, promoting a safe and secure environment for guests and staff.Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand and communicate lululemon Asset Protection policies and applicable operating procedures.Maintain a visible presence at the store entrance to ensure a welcoming, safe, and secure environment.Lead and support emergency and crisis incidents affecting the store.Address team well-being and safety concerns, reporting incidents promptly to store leadership.Partner with the Store Manager and Assistant Managers to train the team to report theft or fraud incidents.Maintain strong relationships with law enforcement officials.Support ongoing training on AP-related topics.Ensure compliance with quarterly First Aid Training and conduct monthly safety walkthroughs.Review inventory accuracy reports and create action plans to address compliance and operational gaps.Support the team in resolving AP-related guest feedback.Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience.Partner with floor leaders to assess and address Asset Protection risks.Working with OthersFoster a respectful and inclusive team environment.Educate and coach leadership on effective theft and safety reporting.Collaborate with AP Partner and ORC Investigators.Build relationships with neighboring retailers and property security teams.OperationsAdhere to People Safety policies and procedures.Input theft, fraud, or safety incidents into case management systems.Review SOP compliance and accuracy in Inventory Operations.Key Skills & Core ValuesInclusion & DiversityIntegrity & HonestyCustomer ExperienceCollaboration & TeamworkCandid CommunicationDecision MakingJob RequirementsLegally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.Must be 18 years or older.Ability to travel to the assigned store(s).AvailabilityFlexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business need.Other RequirementsAbility to work as part of a team and independently.Calm demeanor in stressful situations.Strong ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information.ExperiencePrevious customer service experience.Previous leadership experience.Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent.Preferred: 1 year of retail/sales leadership experience.Must HavesAcknowledge the presence of choice in every moment.Possess an entrepreneurial spirit.Communicate with honesty and kindness.Foster connection by putting people first.Additional NotesAuthorization to work in the USA is required for this role.Compensation and Benefits PackageThe typical hiring range for this position is from $48,200 - $54,300 USD annually, based on market location.Workplace ArrangementThis role is classified as In-Person under our SSC Workplace Policy.Seniority LevelAssociateEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionGeneral Business, Strategy/Planning, and Quality AssuranceIndustriesRetail, Retail Apparel and Fashion, and Retail Luxury Goods and JewelryJ-18808-Ljbffr
