Location: New York, NY 10014 (Hybrid: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote)Duration: This is a fixed-term maternity leave cover with an expected duration of approximately 6-12 months, with potential for extension based on business needs.Role OverviewOlivela is seeking a Temp Manager Affiliates, Loyalty & Promotions to support the execution and day-to-day management of key revenue-driving channels during a maternity leave coverage period. This role will focus on driving consistent performance across affiliates, loyalty, and promotions, ensuring strong execution, partner management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesAffiliate & Partnership ExecutionManage day-to-day operations of the affiliate channel, including campaign execution, tracking, and reportingSupport performance optimization across key metrics (traffic, revenue, ROAS, CVR, AOV)Maintain relationships with affiliate partners and networks (e.g. Rakuten)Assist in partner activation, onboarding, and outreachLoyalty Program ManagementExecute against the existing loyalty program (Yotpo), including campaigns, offers, and member engagementSupport initiatives to drive repeat purchase behavior and customer retention • Coordinate with CRM and marketing teams to ensure alignmentPromotional ExecutionSupport implementation of the promotional calendar in partnership with merchandising and marketingEnsure promotions are accurately set up, communicated, and executed across channelsMonitor performance and flag opportunities for optimizationPerformance Tracking & ReportingTrack and report on key KPIs across affiliates, loyalty, and promotionsMaintain regular performance reporting and dashboardsProvide insights to support ongoing optimizationCross-Functional CoordinationWork closely with CRM, Paid Media, Merchandising, Product, and Creative teamsSupport execution of integrated campaigns and initiativesEnsure timelines and deliverables are met across teamsKey Success MetricsAffiliate channel performance (traffic, revenue, ROAS, CVR, AOV)Partner activation and engagementLoyalty participation and repeat purchase behaviorPromotional execution and performanceContribution to overall marketing and revenue goalsQualifications3–5+ years experience in performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or e-commerce rolesExperience managing or supporting digital marketing channelsStrong organizational and project management skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to track and interpret performance dataFamiliarity with affiliate platforms (e.g. Rakuten) and/or loyalty tools (e.g. Yotpo) preferredStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally What We’re Looking ForA detail-oriented executor who can keep multiple workstreams running smoothlySomeone comfortable working within an existing strategy and optimizing performanceStrong collaborator with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindsetAbility to move quickly and adapt in a dynamic environmentExpected hours: 40 per weekHourly Rate: $25–$30, depending on experience, skills, and qualificationsWork Location: Hybrid remote in New York, NY 10014
