Role Description This is a full-time role for a Real Estate Agent based in Needham, MA and the surrounding areas. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients through the process of buying, selling, or leasing property, offering guidance and expert advice to meet their unique needs. Key responsibilities include conducting property showings, developing and maintaining strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and staying informed about the local real estate market. The agent will also work closely with the CHARLESGATE team to uphold the company’s high standards of service and professionalism. Qualifications Active Real Estate License requiredProven experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactionsStrong Sales and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyKnowledge of the local Needham, MA market is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
