Your leadership and technical skills will directly contribute to the seamless functioning of our operations.DutiesPerform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC/R units, refrigeration equipment, and appliances to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment including automated and manual production lines, and various mechanical devices using schematics and technical manuals.Conduct appliance repairs and service technician tasks efficiently while adhering to safety standards.Diagnose issues using schematics and mechanical knowledge; execute repairs or replacements promptly to minimize downtime.Lead small teams or coordinate with contractors during maintenance or repair projects when necessary.Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs performed, and parts used for accountability and future reference.Travel up to 10% (anticipate semi-annual trips to Texas facility).ExperienceProven experience as a service technician or maintenance technician with a strong background in appliance repair or mechanical maintenance.Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting complex systems.Hands-on experience with equipment repair in commercial or industrial settings is highly preferred.Knowledge of construction principles related to facility upgrades or renovations is a plus.Strong mechanical knowledge combined with leadership skills to guide team members or contractors effectively.Familiarity with safety standards related to electrical work, and general maintenance practices.Join us if you’re ready to bring your technical expertise and energetic approach to a role that keeps our facilities running smoothly!
