Technical DesignerThe Payloads Organization is seeking experienced Technical Designers to join our dynamic teams. We are responsible for the interiors of airplanes, cargo compartments, exterior markings, associated systems, and cabin safety. Our work shapes the public's flight experience and helps airline customers fulfill their mission and represent their brand.Salary Range: $40 to $45/hr on W2 - Competitive and commensurate with experienceRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience in a technical fieldExperience with CATIASupport within a production/manufacturing systemPart or product design or integrationPrior work experience in aerospace or related industryApplicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2Preferred Skills & Qualifications:Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience2 years of experience in technical design, including modeling and technical integrationAerospace interiors, materials, and propertiesExperience working with Visual Basic, Python, Java, Model-based design, and systems engineeringDay-to-Day Responsibilities:Assist in developing, integrating, and documenting structural and interior payload system requirementsDevelop and maintain interior payload system and component designs using 3-D Computer Aided Design toolsCollaborate with project engineering, production engineering, program/product teams, management, and technical staffCompany Benefits & Culture:Comprehensive health and wellness benefitsOpportunities for professional growth and developmentA collaborative and inclusive work environment
