Physical Therapist (PT)

Job Description As a Home Health Physical Therapist , you'll practice at the very top of your license, delivering skilled, one-on-one care directly in patients' homes. No two days are the same, and every visit is an opportunity to create meaningful progress for someone in their most comfortable environment. You'll also lead and support Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), ensuring that care is delivered safely, effectively, and aligned with each patient's goals.
