Operators are responsible for running a variety of parts throughout the shift, often performing multiple setups and changeovers on assigned CNC mills or lathes.You'll work independently while supporting production, quality, and efficiency goals in a modern manufacturing environment.KeyResponsibilities Set up and operate CNC mills or lathesPerform multiple setups and product changeovers throughout the shiftLoad programs and verify machine setupChange tooling and adjust offsets as neededEstablish workholding using fixtures, vises, clamps, and related toolingMonitor machine performance and make adjustments when necessaryInspect finished parts using precision measuring equipmentRead blueprints, job travelers, and production documentationMaintain quality standards and production recordsKeep work areas clean and organizedQualifications Experience setting up and operating CNC machining centers or lathesAbility to read blueprints and manufacturing drawingsExperience Using Calipers, Micrometers, And Other Inspection ToolsStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionExperience In a High-mix, Low-to-mid Volume Manufacturing Environment PreferredWhy Consider This Opportunity?
