JOB SUMMARY: To assist in grounds maintenance for the school district.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Maintain inventory of tools
Some knowledge of landscaping.
Executing of site plans.
Maintaining school site/district grounds.
Knowledge of pruning, trimming, weed eating, etc.
Operating and maintaining equipment.
Execute and design a maintenance program according to the seasonal requirements.
Will perform duties as assigned.
Qualifications

Education and Experience
Experience in general grounds maintenance.
Language Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routing reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of people.
Mathematical Skills
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
Valid New Mexico Drivers License.
