Material Handler

*SWA is hiring for open Material Handler roles in Franklin, OH!* * *Pay: *$18 hr * *Shift: M-Thur:* 6:30 - 4 pm (Possible)*Fri:* OT 6 am - 12 pm *Consideration Requirements:* * High School Diploma or GED required * 1–3 years of experience in receiving, inventory control, or manufacturing preferred * Experience with ERP systems (Epicor preferred) * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability * Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Windows) * Ability to read basic prints or inspection documents (preferred) * Team-oriented with strong work ethic and professionalism * Reliable attendance is required *Daily Duties:* * Receive and verify incoming materials for accuracy and quality * Manage and transact inventory using ERP systems (Epicor) * Pull, stage, and issue materials (components, bar stock, sheet stock) for production * Process inventory transfers and support material movement between locations * Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory levels * Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies * Maintain lot control and material traceability * Organize inventory, shelves, fixtures, and job materials * Move jobs between work centers to support production flow * Maintain clean, organized, and efficient storage areas * Coordinate with purchasing and support production and quality teams * Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements * Contribute to continuous improvement efforts *Physical Requirements:* * Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly * Ability to stand and move throughout the shift * Frequent bending, lifting, twisting, and carrying * Comfortable working in a production environment _This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology._ Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 per hour Benefits: * Health insurance Work Location: In person
