Manufacturing Customer Service Associate
Position SummaryThis role is responsible for assisting customers with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests, resolving discrepancies, and supporting order-related inquiries. The position also works closely with internal teams to improve processes, meet service level goals, and support daily operations. This role includes regular physical activity and heavy lifting.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport customers with RMA requests, order issues, and discrepancy resolutionResearch and resolve issues with a focus on timely, one-call resolutionMonitor RMA performance and assist with process improvementsCollaborate with internal teams to meet service level targetsPerform root cause analysis and support workflow enhancementsAssist with inventory handling and operational tasks, including frequent heavy liftingDocument processes and support ongoing improvementsQualificationsStrong communication and customer service skillsAnalytical mindset with attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft OfficeAbility to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials regularlyEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree preferred3+ years of relevant experience in customer support, operations, or similar role
