About the JobOur restaurant works fully as a team. We help each other out, with any and all tasks within the purview of the business. Successes and failures are shared by us all.Duties:Working in the kitchen, adhering to food safety measures and procedures.Cooking any array of menu items, current and forthcoming.Preparing items to be cooked.Washing dishes and cleaning tasks will also be required, as everyone works cohesively as a team.The role might include using a knife, operating heavy machinery, and working with hot kitchen equipment.Other responsibilities include opening or closing tasks and cleaning the restaurant.We require that you be able to do the following:Lift a minimum of 30 pounds.Excellent physical mobility.Work on your feet for 5 hours or more at a time.Open availability to meet scheduling needs.
