Senior Program Manager We are seeking a Senior Program Manager with deep expertise in banking and payments to lead complex programs and transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate has experience in top-tier banks or payments companies and a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects across business, technology, and operations.Key Responsibilities Lead and manage end-to-end banking and payments programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goalsCollaborate with product, IT, operations, and business teams to deliver initiatives on time and within budgetDrive process improvements, system implementations, and digital transformation programsManage risks, dependencies, and regulatory compliance across programsProvide executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and strategic guidanceRequired Skills & Experience 8–15 years of experience in program or project management in banking or paymentsStrong knowledge of payment systems, clearing, settlement, reconciliation, and regulatory frameworksProven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale programsExcellent strategic planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred Qualifications Experience with digital payment platforms, fintech solutions, or real-time paymentsFamiliarity with SWIFT, ISO 20022, RTGS, ACH, or card networksPrior experience in consulting or transformation programs
