Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Utah-licensed attorney for a contract remote position focused on high-volume HOA lien and letter review. The role involves approving letters and liens our software prepares, confirming that the information in the lien is accurate and compliant, and then approving them with the click of a mouse. QualificationsActive license to practice in the state of UtahHigh attention to detail and commitment to accuracyPrior experience in HOA law or similar legal fields is a plusPay$10 per letter and $20 per lien. (letters and liens, on average, are approved within 5-30 seconds).
