This role ensures that components are manufactured to precise specifications while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram, operate, and monitor CNC machines for 2-D and 3-D wire bendingSet machine controls such as speed, feed, depth, and angle according to specificationsLoad raw materials and components onto machines and ensure proper setupEvaluate and adjust CNC tools and machine paths as neededInspect finished components using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to ensure accuracyInterpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide machining processesIdentify and troubleshoot machine malfunctions or out-of-tolerance conditionsPerform routine machine maintenance and tooling calibrationUtilize internal systems such as ERP, drawing/model viewers, and machine controlsMaintain a safe and organized work environmentAssist in training operators and supporting team developmentManage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail and quality standardsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPrevious CNC programming and operating experienceAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong math and problem-solving skillsExperience using measuring and inspection toolsBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and drawing/model viewersAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong communication skillsPreferred QualificationsBilingual abilitiesBasic understanding of 3-D planes and geometryExperience training or mentoring othersPhysical RequirementsAbility to lift 3050 lbsAbility to stand for extended periods and work in a production environmentWork EnvironmentThis role operates in a manufacturing setting requiring attention to safety, precision, and efficiency.
