Electronics Assembler - Stores
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you will work to put together required electronic products and provide to the necessary department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Full training is provided – perfect for motivated individuals looking to start or grow a career in electronics.
Physical Requirements
Excellent attendance
Ability to perform physical activities that require considerable use of hands, arms, legs, moving whole body such as lifting and carrying 40 lbs., walking, standing and handling materials
Speak, read, write and understand English well
Good eye sight, able to distinguish between the full range of colors on the color spectrum to work with electronic components, wires and equipment.
Ability to perform repetitive arm-hand tasks
Ability to follow set procedures and routines
Ability to complete complex tasks exactly, accurately and quickly
Able to work standing for long periods of time
Able to bend and reach to store components
Able to work well with others
Essential Job Functions
Organize & maintain department standards
Manage & record inventory in system
Ensure, manage & verify physical inventory
Follow location tracking procedures
Verify, count and ensure part traceability of all materials in kits
Pull and issue parts and kits to correct departments
Track date coded material
Use FIFO system proficiently
Fill shortages and verify & record changes
Perform cycle counts
Follow company and department safety and operating policies and procedures
Follow ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and requirements
Assist Receiving Inspection department (possible job function)
Prior experience in manufacturing environments involving electronics is preferred but not required
No experience necessary – we provide on the job training
