As a Senior DevOps Engineer you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter.Job Duties:Configure CI/CD for multiple web applicationsTake source code, dependencies to perform application buildsPerform automated testing and security scansDeploy to multiple environments (Dev, Staging, Operations)Create and maintain pipelines to multiple environments across multiple security enclaves (low to high development)Responsible for Infrastructure as Code and configuration managementAuthor helm charts to deploy resources to OpenShift platformsManage and document system security, by performing software updates in response to scan findings, document system architecture to demonstrate security complianceSkills/Qualifications: Required:5-8+ years of experienceBachelor's Degree in computer science, computer engineering, systems engineering or any related field/major, or 3 additional years of experience in information technologyProficiency with Linux operating systemsAbility to manage networking for web applications by understanding PCP/IP and DNSFamiliarity with Kubernetes and OpenShift, with ideal knowledge of AWSExperience creating and modifying Helm charts and configuring deployments to multi-environments (e.g., dev, stage, prod) across multiple security domainsExperience with Infrastructure as Code (one or more of Terraform, Cloud formation, AWS CDK, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, etc.)Experience with Gitlab and Gitlab CI/CD pipelines (knowledge of Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar will be considered)Knowledge of containerization, monitoring & logging, and network & securityExperience deploying and managing databases, interacting with databases via SQL and ORMsExperiencing monitoring and updating tokensComfortable using Python and BASH to create systems toolingAbility to contribute code updates/tweaks to existing code repositoriesExperience with integrating security components with applications and databasesTS/SCI Clearance with CI PolygraphDesired:Experience with software system design, able to create application architecture for new applicationsFamiliarity with Configuration Management and Request for Change process for review and assessmentExperience with delivery of an integrated solution using Agile software delivery techniquesTechnical certification Network +, Security +, Oracle or specializing in Software Development, or Cloud Computing.Experience in System Engineering and project/program management.Knowledge and/or experience with NGA enterprise products (including NGA CORE tools; ie Wormhole)
