All of our offerings are curated and vetted by our team to help investors diversify away from the stock market.About The RoleWillow Wealth is seeking an Associate, Investment Product Marketing (Managed Portfolios & Evergreen Funds) to join our growing Investment Product Management team, focused on accelerating the growth of our evergreen fund platform and automated investing solution (“robo-advisor”), Willow 360. In this role, you will help scale two of Willow’s most strategic product lines by supporting the development of differentiated positioning, compelling messaging, and high-performing marketing programs. You will analyze investor behavior and product data to develop go-to-market strategies that drive product adoption and sales. The ideal candidate will bring a foundation in product marketing with exposure to registered funds, ETFs, and/or managed investing products.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the growth and adoption of Willow 360 and our evergreen funds suite through data-informed marketing initiatives and executionConduct user research (interviews, surveys, feedback loops) and analyze sales and platform data to uncover insights around investor behavior and growth opportunitiesDevelop clear, differentiated positioning and investor-facing narratives, helping translate complex private markets concepts into accessible messagingHelp build and maintain foundational marketing assets, including offering pages, fact sheets/brochures, and educational contentSupport the execution and optimization of campaigns across channels to drive awareness, conversion, and reinvestment behaviorCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Design, and Growth teams to share insights that inform roadmap and adoption strategiesPartner with Customer Support and Sales to provide messaging support, training materials, and tools that reinforce product value propositionsParticipate in select client conversations to support product education and positioning within broader portfolio strategiesMonitor and report on campaign and product performance against KPIs, helping identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, and growthConduct market and competitive research to better understand investor preferences, industry trends, and positioning opportunitiesQualifications2+ years of marketing, sales, or investment products experience within financial servicesExcellent written communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messagingAbility to communicate cross-functionally with other departmentsStrong organizational and analytical skillsAbility to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneouslyBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience Bonus points for experience with marketing interval/tender offer funds, ETFs/mutual funds, robo-advisors, and/or private markets sales/marketingWhat's In It For YouCompetitive compensation packages, including equityHealth, dental & vision coverage with FSA/HSA optionsUnlimited PTO401k MatchCommuter benefitLife insuranceThis is a New York-based role. The base salary range for this position is USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
