Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Operations position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience in multi-site operations management is required, along with a strong background in financial and analytical acumen, particularly in budgeting and strategic planning.
