We are looking for a skilled Technical Marketing Writer to create compelling, accurate, and engaging content that bridges complex technical concepts with business value for our target audiences (e.g., engineers, IT decision-makers, executives, and end-users). You will translate technical product features, solutions, and innovations into clear, persuasive marketing materials that drive awareness, lead generation, and sales. This hybrid role combines technical writing precision with marketing storytelling and SEO best practices. Job RequirementsRequired Qualifications and SkillsExperience: 3+ years in technical writing, content marketing, or a similar role (B2B tech/SaaS preferred).Technical aptitude: Strong ability to quickly learn and explain technologies such as software architecture, APIs, cloud computing, cybersecurity, AI/ML, databases, networking, or industry-specific tools.Writing excellence: Proven portfolio of technical marketing samples (blogs, whitepapers, case studies) that demonstrate clarity, persuasion, and audience adaptation.Marketing knowledge: Familiarity with SEO/SEM, content strategy, lead generation funnels, and metrics (e.g., engagement, conversions).Tools proficiency: Experience with content management systems (CMS), documentation tools (e.g., Markdown, Confluence, MadCap Flare), analytics platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush), and design tools for basic visuals.Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Soft skills: Excellent research, interviewing, project management, and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Preferred QualificationsExperience in a specific technical domain (e.g., cloud infrastructure, developer tools, data analytics, hardware/storage).Knowledge of content marketing platforms and A/B testing.Portfolio showcasing measurable results (e.g., traffic growth, lead contribution).Familiarity with AI-assisted writing tools while maintaining editorial quality.Job ResponsibilitiesCreate high-impact marketing content: Write blog posts, whitepapers, eBooks, case studies, solution briefs, product descriptions, datasheets, and website copy that explain technical products (e.g., software, hardware, SaaS, cloud solutions) in an accessible way.Develop technical marketing assets: Produce buyer guides, comparison articles, ROI analyses, infographics/scripts, video scripts, and email campaigns that highlight features, benefits, and competitive advantages.Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with product managers, engineers, subject matter experts (SMEs), sales teams, and marketing stakeholders to gather accurate information and align content with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies.Optimize for performance: Incorporate SEO best practices, keyword research, and audience insights to improve visibility and engagement.
