Lead Software DeveloperHarmonyTech is currently looking for a talented and self-motivated Lead Software Developer specializing in the technology stack given below. You will be working with a high-performing agile team leading, designing and implementing business solutions that involve an enterprise Receivership Management suite of applications. Position is available in Northern VA, requires US citizenship and ability to obtain public trust clearance.Responsibilities:Advise others on detailed specifications for translations into structure application programs conforming to established CIOO methodology and standards.Accountable for completion of work on time to meet business performance expectations.Supervise the writing/revision of program documentation, application operational procedures and client user guide in accordance with standards and client needs.BA/BS in Computer Science or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.At least 5 years of experience as a hands-on lead developer, developing code and managing projects using required technology stack (see below).Expert knowledge of software tools, platforms, and processes required to support the associated technology as indicated in AppendixExpert knowledge of databases and related tools and utilities (as applicable above); problem solving skills and proven record of working well in a team environment.Advanced proficiency in analysis, leadership, and communication skills (verbal and written) across all organizational levels.Technology Stack.NET/SQL ServerCloud.gov (AWS)On Prem Windows,.NET/IISJava/WebLogic/Oracle/ Business Objects/ InfosphereAzureRequiredBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field5+ years of experience designing enterprise IT applicationsHands on experience in Technology Stack aboveExcellent understanding and experience with Enterprise Architectures, Cloud Migration, Enterprise Security and Systems ModernizationExperience with Agile SDLC and toolsAbility to communicate clearly with business users, the team, and leadershipInnovative, results-oriented and focused on delivering on time and with qualityIf you are interested and feel that you would excel in the position, we invite you to apply.
