Position: Process Development / Components EngineerLocation: CaliforniaDuration: Long TermJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Process Development / Components Engineer to support product and process development activities within the medical device industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process development, components engineering, and medical device manufacturing, with hands-on experience working in California.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport process development and optimization for medical device products.Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to enhance product quality and efficiency.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Regulatory Affairs.Provide engineering support for component selection, evaluation, and qualification.Participate in process validation, design verification, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure compliance with medical device quality and regulatory standards.Required Qualifications6 10 years of professional engineering experience.Minimum 12 months of recent work experience in California (CA).Strong experience in the medical device industry.Hands-on experience in Process Development and/or Components Engineering.Knowledge of manufacturing processes, process validation, and engineering best practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
