Other responsibilities include: providing in-service education and community education within the scope of knowledge base, clinically supervise PTA SL1, PTA students, rehab therapy USTs, and volunteers.Minimum Qualifications:Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant, NYS License or eligible and two years eligible clinical experience required.Candidates who possess an Associates degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant, NYS licensure or Limited Permit or eligible and less than 2 years experience will be considered for appointment to an entry level (SL1) position at commensurate salary.CPR certification required by time of appointment.Preferred Qualifications:Work Days:Monday - Friday rotating holidays and weekendsMessage to Applicants:Accepting Physical Therapist Assistant applications for current and future openings in the department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation - Rehab Therapies.Recruitment Office: Human Resources
