Requirements Must have Minimum of 5 years of experience in frontend development Expertise in Vue.js, preferably Vue 3, and its ecosystem including Vue Router and Vuex Strong background in TypeScript within production environments Comprehensive knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3 Proficient in SCSS/SASS for styling and theming Familiarity with modern build tools such as Vite or Webpack Experience working with RESTful APIs using Axios or similar HTTP clients Acquainted with data grid solutions like AG Grid Proven ability in managing development teams with a focus on productivity and delivery Solid understanding of responsive design, browser compatibility, and performance optimization Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset Experience using Git (GitHub) and collaborative workflows Capability to effectively utilize AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, Cursor) for code generation and comprehension Responsibilities Oversee the architecture and development of Vue 3 single-page applications across various products Lead, mentor, and support a group of frontend developers to promote growth and consistent productivity Take responsibility for team performance by setting expectations, monitoring progress, and removing obstacles Set and uphold frontend coding standards, design patterns, and best practices Conduct comprehensive code reviews and deliver constructive feedback to peers Collaborate with backend engineering, product, and design teams to transform requirements into well-structured solutions Assess and suggest frontend tools, libraries, and frameworks to enhance developer experience and application efficiency Utilize AI-assisted tools for code generation, debugging, and rapid prototyping Enhance application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser support Contribute to the creation and upkeep of shared internal component libraries Engage in sprint planning, task assignment, and estimation of frontend tasks Diagnose and rectify complex frontend issues in production environments Company At WOWL Inc., we are a visionary logistics technology company established in 2023, founded on over two decades of leadership expertise in global freight forwarding, collaborating with Fortune 500 clients.
