Office Manager Assistant

Civil West Construction is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager Assistant who wants to build a real career, not just collect a paycheck. You will work closely with company leadership and gain hands-on experience in construction office operations, accounting support, and business administration. Responsibilities: Support office management with daily administrative and accounting tasks Assist with QuickBooks Online (QBO) data entry, invoicing, tracking, and basic reporting. Manage and maintain organized digital and physical files Communicate with field staff, vendors, and clients as needed Handle emails, scheduling, and general office coordination Maintain organized systems for contracts, billing, payroll support, and compliance Think ahead, anticipate needs, and help solve issues before they arise Work well within a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment Participate in structured training to advance into higher-level office roles. Requirements: Some experience with QuickBooks Online (QBO) Strong computer skills Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to comprehend new information quickly and accurately Self-motivated, focused, and able to manage multiple tasks Strong communication skills and professional attitude Reliable and punctual Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
