Controller

Qualifications/Skills (Required): Ability to plan, organize and prioritize assignments to independently meet deadlines and complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner Ability to organize and present internal reporting information to management as well as identify areas of importance and discuss changes in account balances Solid understanding of US GAAP and applicable regulations Understanding of state tax filings and tax reporting for multiple states Experience in managing and forecasting budgets Highly skilled in accounting and financial processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and critical thinking and problem solving skills Detail oriented and highly organized Proficient with MS Office Suite Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field (master’s preferred) 5-10 years’ experience in accounting (public accounting experience preferred) Qualifications/Skills (Preferred): Experience with NetSuite or other Project Management software Experience with quarterly external reporting CPA preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Ability to commute/relocate: Boise, ID 83703: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: GAAP: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
