About the CompanyWe are partnering with a growing company in the regulated manufacturing / medical device space seeking an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to help scale and optimize their distribution and inventory operations.About the RoleThis is a hands-on leadership role with high visibility, offering the opportunity to build structure, improve processes, and support growth over the next 12–24 months.ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations across supply chain, inventory, and distributionDrive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracyManage vendor relationships, including performance and cost negotiationPartner with Finance, Sales, and Leadership to align operational needs with business goalsDevelop and mentor a small, growing teamSupport inventory planning and forecasting to meet increasing demandEnsure processes are followed consistently while identifying areas for improvementQualifications5–7 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or distributionExperience in medical device, regulated manufacturing, or similar environments preferredProven leadership experience with the ability to develop and guide teamsStrong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on executionDemonstrated success in process improvement and problem-solvingExperience managing vendors and external partnersStrong communication and cross-functional collaboration skillsRequired SkillsExperience with FDA, ISO, or other regulatory standardsBackground in scaling operations within a startup or high-growth environmentFamiliarity with inventory management systems and logistics technologyExposure to regulatory audits and compliance protocolsPreferred SkillsBase salary targeting ~$150K + ~12% bonusHybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Tampa, FL)High-growth, fast-paced environment with strong leadership visibilityPay range and compensation packageBase salary targeting ~$150K + ~12% bonus100% Paid medical benefits for the employeeHybrid schedule (3 days onsite in Tampa, FL)High-growth, fast-paced environment with strong leadership visibilityEqual Opportunity StatementWe are committed to diversity and inclusivity.
