You will thrive in a collaborative environment where professional development, learning, and making a meaningful impact for our members and community are part of every day.What You'll DoProvide administrative and operational support to Investment & Retirement Services Serve as a primary point of contact for client service requests Coordinate Financial Advisor schedules, meetings, and follow-ups Assist with IRAs (contributions, distributions, transfers, rollovers) Prepare reports, presentations, and client documentation Process client transactions in compliance with policies and regulations Maintain accurate records in CRM systems Support seminars, workshops, and client events Partner with marketing and branch teams to support outreach and referrals Qualifications2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, investments, or client serviceAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or related field (preferred)Series 6 license preferred (or willingness to obtain additional licenses)Strong organizational and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlinesInterest in long-term career growth in the investment industryAbout Kohler Credit UnionKohler Credit Union is committed to helping our members achieve financial success while supporting the communities we serve.
