Position Summary As a Manager at Sky Zone, you’ll lead by example, overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role is perfect for someone who loves working with people, has excellent organizational skills, and is ready to take on the challenge of managing a vibrant and lively venue. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the park, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver outstanding customer service. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies. Manage scheduling, staffing, and other administrative tasks. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care. Collaborate with the leadership team to implement new ideas and improve park performance. Required Skills and Qualifications A minimum of 3 years of management experience, preferably in a customer-facing or entertainment-focused role. Strong leadership and team-building skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
