Hue & Cry is dedicated to sustainability, diversity, equity, inclusion, well-being, and social initiatives.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Public Relations Account Executive or Associate Account Executive (depends on level of experience of the final candidate) located in New York, NY, with some flexibility for hybrid work (we work in the office a required minimum of 3 days a week, or more, depending on preference). As a Public Relations Account Executive/Associate Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, building relationships with key stakeholders, influencers and media contacts, developing PR strategies and campaigns, writing press releases and media materials, organizing and attending events, running content creator/influencer campaigns from start to finish and analyzing PR metrics and results.QualificationsStrong communication, writing, and editing skillsExperience in public relations and media relationsAbility to build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge and genuine passion for the food, drink, and travel industriesExperience in developing and implementing PR strategiesProven media relations experienceProven influencer campaign work (paid and organic)Excellent organizational and time management skillsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesExperience with media monitoring and analysisProficiency in Microsoft Office and PR softwareBachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, or related field (required)
