What you'll do: The RT is able to perform all basic and advanced therapies per policy and procedure in all areas of the clinic. Provides assessment of patients, consultation, development of the patient care plan, evaluation of the outcomes, and the education and training of the patient. The RT communicates, organizes, delegates, and works cooperatively as a member of the team to continuously improve the quality of patient care. RT’s are required to exercise independent judgment in many tasks.
Opportunities available: .9 FTE (72 hours every 2 weeks), .75 FTE (60 hours every 2 weeks), .5 FTE (20 hours every 2 weeks) Day, PM, and Overnight shifts available.
Requirements:
Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy
Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care
Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) by the state of Wisconsin
CPR/BLS
