Job titleClient Partner – Hitech – AVPLocationUnited StatesExperience10+ years of direct selling experienceReportingSVPEducation QualificationAny DegreeRole Overview:The Client Partner is a key member of the sales and client management team responsible for driving revenue growth, attaining, or exceeding Revenue and Margin quotas, building, and maintaining relationships with C-Suite clients in the Hi-tech vertical of business.This role needs a talented Client Partner with a passion for sales, understands clients' business imperatives, needs, and challenges.The candidate must enjoy being a trusted partner to clients by proposing appropriate technology, process, and AI solutions, ensuring client success, and client satisfaction to drive revenue growth and continued expansion.This role needs to be based locally in Bay AreaKey Responsibilities:Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing client accountsCollaborate with sales teams to generate new leads and convert them into profitable business engagementsDevelop and present proposals and contracts to clientsBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsServe as the primary point of contact for key client accountsUnderstand clients' business objectives and challenges and provide strategic IT solutionsOversee the delivery of Digital and IT services to ensure they meet client expectations and contractual obligationsMonitor project progress and address any issues or concerns promptlyEnsure timely and accurate invoicing and collection of paymentsStay ahead of market trends and emerging technologies to continuously evolve and strengthen Movate's competitive positioning.Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and clients to create synergy and maximize portfolio success.Qualifications & Experience:Enterprise Product Support / Enterprise Service Selling background including Tech Support, Customer Success, and Professional services10+ years of direct selling experience in SaaS, Storage, Networking, Cybersecurity and high-tech domainsConsultative and value driven selling approachProven successful experience in closing complex deals / solutionsTrusted advisor to technology leaders, bring appropriate case studies and industry use cases into customer conversation to build confidenceUnderstanding of digital and AI transformation with ability to explain forward looking impact to customer experience and engineer's productivity due to implementation of AI based solutionsExcellent presentation and executive engagement skills.
