Java Backend Engineer

A company is looking for a Java Backend Engineer specializing in agentic workflows. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based backend services for agentic workflows and AI-driven applications Implement and optimize MCP services for context sharing and dynamic orchestration Architect APIs, microservices, and event-driven systems ensuring high performance and reliability Required Qualifications Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field Minimum 7 years of experience in Java backend development with expertise in agentic workflows 5 years of backend engineering experience with strong proficiency in Java (Java 11+) and Python Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
