Locum Tenens Psychiatrist Opportunity - Near Winston-Salem, NC We are seeking a board-certified Psychiatrist for a locum tenens opportunity near Winston-Salem, NC. The position requires coverage on a scheduled basis with no call responsibilities, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. Position Details: Specialty: PsychiatrySchedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekendsShift: Standard day shift, 8 hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)Coverage Type: Scheduled with no call responsibilitiesBlock Scheduling: Not required Support Staff: 3 APPs in UC/observation unitEither an APP or resident in the FBCAPP in each ED unit Work Responsibilities: Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Tele-psych capabilities availableAverage Patient Load:Group size: 6 patientsUrgent care: 10-20 patients dailyPatient Age Group:UC: Ages 5 and abovePatients under 16 requiring observation or FBC services will be referred to another facility nearby.
